Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint about content on caddi.ie:
- Email hello@caddi.ie with the subject line “Content Complaint”
- Include the URL of the specific page, a description of your complaint, and your contact details
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days
- We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 days
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant regulatory body depending on the nature of your concern.
Trademark & Intellectual Property Notices
If you are a trademark owner and believe that content on caddi.ie infringes your intellectual property rights:
- Email hello@caddi.ie with the subject line “Trademark Notice”
- Include the following in your email:
- Your name and contact details (or those of your authorised representative)
- The trademark or other intellectual property right you believe has been infringed
- The specific URL(s) on caddi.ie where the alleged infringement occurs
- A description of the infringement
- We take IP compliance seriously and will respond promptly — typically within 5 working days
